The opening week of the 2020-21 Basketball Champions League saw a half of its games postponed (four out of eight pairs) due to the coronavirus positives among the teams and that trend will seemingly continue into the second week as well.

Hereda San Pablo Burgos registered four COVID-19 cases among players recently and their game against Happy Casa Brindisi, that was scheduled for October 28, will be postponed to the first available gameday.

Games Tofas – Nymburk, AEK – Tsmoki-Minsk, Cholet – Hapoel Holon, and Nizhny Novgorod – Falco Szombathely were the games postponed from the initial opening week dates.
