German Gavin Schilling completes Limoges roster

Presenting the 2022-23 squad, Limoges CSP completed the additions of both Gavin Schilling and Jayvon Graves.

Schilling, 26, is coming from FC Bayern Munich and his first 11 appearances in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague. The German power forward, recently earning the first caps at the senior international level, penned a contract for the next season. Another new experience coming up via the Basketball Champions League as the storied French club is set to compete in Group F of the 2022-23 Regular Season facing Baxi Manresa, VEF Riga, and another team coming out of the Qualifiers.

Graves, 23, shifted his talents to Europe and France in another move for Limoges. The Buffalo product will also join forces with fellow summer signings Darrin Govens, Javontae Hawkins, Bryce Jones, Desi Rodriguez, Lucas Ugolin, Mathieu Wojciechowski, and Will Yeguete. The offseason additionally included head coach Massimo Cancellieri and swingman Nicolas Lang both penning multi-year contract extensions.

Elsewhere in the BCL, after becoming Betsafe LKL champion at Rytas, Vaidas Kariniauskas refocused his career abroad and inked a one-year contract with Brose Bamberg. The roster of the Qualifiers outfit already included Amir Bell, Tyreese Blunt, Jaromir Bohacik, Leon Bulic, Gabriel Chachashvili, Patrick Heckmann, Spencer Reaves, Christian Sengfelder, Jannis Sonnefeld, Kevin Wohlrath, and Justin Wright-Foreman.

Another team heading to the Qualifying Rounds, Siauliai retained Nemanja Bezbradica for one more season and picked up American-Austrian Bryce Douvier. Also coming in is youngster Mantas Litvinas, while Eimantas Stankevicius and Arminas Urbutis have been confirmed as returning players.
