Basketball Champions League Round of 16 Week 6 Preview

By Eurohoops Team/ info@eurohoops.net

Except for the Rytas Vilnius-BAXI Manresa matchup, there won’t be any decisive game for the Quarter-Finals of the Basketball Champions League in the Round of 16 Week 6. However, exciting action will still be provided.

In Group I, for example, Hapoel Bank Yahav Jerusalem and SIG Strasbourg will face each other for supremacy and therefore home-court advantage in the next phase. At the same game time, Hapoel Holon will try to find its first 2023 Round of 16 wins after participating in last year’s Final Four.

In Group J, the Lithuanians and the Spanish side will battle for a Quarter-Finals spot, while Telekom Baskets Bonn can become the first-ever unbeaten team in competition history in this phase, facing a winless Bahcesehir on March 22.

In Group K, everything is defined, but AEK and Unicaja Malaga will play for the home-court advantage in the following stage. Galatasaray NEF will be hosted by Limoges CSP, but both teams have already been eliminated. Finally, in Group L, Lenovo Tenerife will stay in 1st place and participate in the Quarter-Finals just like UCAM Murcia. Surne Bilbao and Darussafaka Lassa have been ruled out.
