After an uncertain finish and two overtimes, Chalon remained perfect after two rounds.

The French team defeated Czech side Nymburk away with a score of 97-95, which will put them at the top of Group B after this round.

We witnessed a great match in the Czech Republic, where Nymburk could have won earlier, but the things became complicated by the end of regular time. Chalon took the lead with six seconds remaining, thanks to a three-pointer by Jeremiah Hill. However, Sir’ Jabari Rice made a buzzer-beating shot to send the game into overtime (79-79).

There was no less drama in the first overtime; Cuthbertson tied the game with free throws (86-86), and Nymburk failed to win in the final attack.

Chalon punished them by playing better in the second overtime and secured a thrilling victory, even though Santos Silva could have won the game for Nymburk – he missed the three pointer in the last second.

Zach Cuthbertson led Chalon with 20 points, while Jeremiah Hill added 18. For Nymburk, Sir’ Jabari Rice was magnificent with 24 points, and Markus Santos Silva scored 15 points, along with an impressive 17 rebounds.

In the next round, Chalon will host Sabah, while Nymburk will visit Alba.
