Nicolas Brussino with 22 points and Mike Tobey with 19 were the top scorers of the winners, while Shevon Thompson with 15 points tried his best for Spartak.
Despite trailing 42-33 at halftime, the guests tried to turn things around and made it even a five-point game at the end of the third period (54-49) and with seven minutes left (61-56).
Still, the home team, with a 16-4 run, got a 17-point lead (77-60), and the game was over.
Gran Canaria remains perfect and secured the top spot of Group H with a 4-0 record, while Spartak remains second at 2-2.
