Chase Audige is the latest new player for the back-to-back Basketball Champions League champion Unicaja.

The deal to secure his services for the remainder of the 2025-26 season was announced by the Malaga outfit on Tuesday.

Per the press release: “Unicaja has reached an agreement to sign shooting guard Chase Audige (1.93 meters, 26 years old). The American player, who also holds a Jamaican passport allowing him to play under a Cotonou license, joins from Bosna-Sarajevo until the end of the season.”

Audige, 26, introduced himself to the BCL with Filou Oostende, averaging 14.8 points per game in nine showings through the 2024-25 installment. Starting this season at Bosna BH Telecom, he tallied 13.5 points, 1.4 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per FIBA Europe Cup game over eight appearances, and 10.6 points per AdmiralBet ABA League game over seven appearances. In addition, he expanded his career to the international level, representing Jamaica in the recent FIBA Window.

Coming out of Northwestern in 2023, the first two years of his professional run were focused on the G League, before pursuing overseas options over the last two years in Belgium and Bosnia-Herzegovina.

At 4-0 in Group G of Champions League Season X, powered by Ameresco SUNEL, the team coached by Ibon Navarro is on the verge of advancing directly to the Round of 16. Visiting Oostende in COREtec Dome on December 9 shapes a reunion for Audige and an opportunity to clinch the top seed. Also, a 5-3 start in the Liga Endesa Regular Season ranks sixth in the standings.
