Following similar nods to Ryland Holt and Adam Somogyi of NHSZ-Szolnoki Olajbanyasz, Boris Krnjajski emerged as the Player of the Week in the ninth week of the Basketball Champions League Season X, powered by Ameresco SUNEL.
On Friday, he was confirmed as the winner of the deciding fan vote opposite the remaining Team of the Week members, Alex Perez of Tofas, Rob Gray of Promitheas Vikos Cola, Jack White of Mersin Spor, and Idan Zalmanson of Hapoel Netanel Holon.
Posting a 24-point, 15-assist double-double, the 27-year-old guard orchestrated a key win against AEK in DVTK Arena on Tuesday. Lasting all 40 minutes despite foul trouble, he also threw in three rebounds and one steal.

Moving to the Play-Ins as the second seed of Group F, the reigning champions of Hungary’s NB I/A carry homecourt advantage into a best-of-three series versus Trieste. Game 1 will be played on January 6.
