After starting his 2025-26 journey in Israel, Jordan Floyd returned to Turkiye and the Basketball Champions League with Tofas.
The 28-year-old combo guard inked a contract for the remainder of the season, the team based in Bursa announced on Saturday.
Suiting up for Bursaspor Info Yatirim in his 2023-24 campaign marked his first appearances in the BCL and the Turkiye Sigorta Basketbol Super Ligi. He averaged 12.4 points per contest over five appearances in the Champions League.
After NCAA Division II action from 2015 to 2020, turning professional sent Floyd to Greece, France, Italy, and China. This season in Israel’s Winner League with Maccabi Cnaan Ramat Gan, he produced 16.8 points, 3.9 assists, 2.2 rebounds, and 1.5 steals per game over eight appearances.
Joining the team coached by Emil Rajkovic, the next assignment meets Tofas ahead of a best-of-three Play-In series opposite Cholet for a ticket to Group J of the Round of 16 of Season X, powered by Ameresco SUNEL. ALBA Berlin and AEK are already placed in the four-team group, with the winner of the Play-In series between Spartak Office Shoes of Karditsa Iaponiki also earning entry. Domestically, a 7-6 tally is tied with Anadolu Efes and Galatasaray MCT Technic in sixth place of the BSL standings.
The next game on the schedule is on Friday, in Round 14 of the domestic league, against Karsiyaka in Izmir’s Karsiyaka Arena. From there to Game 1 versus Cholet in Tofas Arena on Tuesday, January 6, and Game 2 in La Meilleraie on Thursday, January 8. Game 3, if necessary, would return and decide the series in Bursa the following week.
