Safiport Erokspor and Kolossos H Hotels Collection are aggressively reshaping their rosters ahead of their projected participation in the 2026–27 Basketball Champions League season.

The Turkish side finalized major domestic signings by welcoming Muhsin Yasar and Yunus Emre Sonsırma on Tuesday. The veteran center brings a commanding frontcourt presence backed by 58 league appearances with Galatasaray MCT Technic, Karsiyaka, Darusafaka Lassa, Gaziantep, and Tofas. The experienced guard adds backcourt stability with 49 tournament games under his belt from previous stints at Manisa Divissa, Bahcesehir Koleji, Galatasaray Nef, and Pinar Karsiyaka.

This core pairs with retained forward Egehan Arna, who holds BCL experience with Besiktas, alongside a contract extension for Metehan Akyel. Continuity remains central for the Istanbul-based organization, which formally retained head coach Ufuk Sarica, a tactician who previously commanded Karsiyaka to extended journeys.

Meanwhile, Kolossos is executing a highly active offseason strategy from Rhodes. The club recently secured a pivotal contract with American big Devonte Upson, who previously tasted the tournament atmosphere during Qualification Rounds with PAOK mateco. The administrative staff surrounded this signing with foreign perimeter threats, Payton Willis, a sniper with brief tournament exposure at La Laguna Tenerife, and league newcomer Jordan Barnett. Local reinforcements Giorgos Kamperidis and Nikos Tsiakmas contribute a combined 44 games of experience.

To anchor the revamped rotations, the Greek representative finalized the retention of floor general Zois Karampelas, a seasoned playmaker with 33 Champions League appearances for Peristeri winmasters and AEK Betsson, while ensuring strategic stability by extending the tenure of head coach Aris Lykogiannis.
