Venezia got with relative ease the 81-71 win over Rosa Radom in Poland grabbing their second victory in the Basketball Champions League this season.

Nothing was clicking for Venezia in the first quarter as they scored just six points and the hosts had a 16 points lead (22-6). After the slow start, however, the visiting team played much better. They had a 13-0 run and that was enough for them to cut the lead to 2 points (39-37) after the 20 minutes of action.

The turning point: After getting back into the game, things were quite different. In the second half, the visitors proved to be better and the partial score of the third and fourth quarter was 44-32 in their favor.

The Star: Coming off the bench and scoring 16 points, Hrvoje Peric was the X-factor for the Italians.
