Monaco remains undefeated

The French team led for the entire game and managed to get the 89 – 73 win at home against Enisey for a 3-0 record, while the Russians have dropped to 1-2 record.

Vasili Zaboruev’s 17 first-half points for Enisey – he led all scorers with 20 at the end – weren’t enough to keep them close in the scoreboard. Monaco was leading by 10 (40-30) at halftime and nothing changed after the break.

The key: Enisey’s turnovers (22) and problems with the defensive rebounds made the game easy for Monaco. At the end, the hosts had 28 more shots than the guests.

The star: Gerald Robinson made the difference for Monaco in the first half with 14 early points and 18 in total, while Elmedin Kikanovic added 17.
