Murcia breaks Le Mans’ resistance with a strong third quarter

UCAM Murcia managed to create some space in the third quarter against Le Mans and keep it until the end to record a 74-62 home win in Group A of Basketball Champions League.

First half was fairly balanced as neither team could gain a significant advantage but Murcia went on the break with a small lead (36-32). The third quarter, however, proved crucial as Murcia created a double-digit advantage (55-44) in front of the final period. They controlled the game until the end keeping the distance and securing the win.

Milton Doyle led Murcia with 14 points while Emanuel Cante and Ovie Soko added ten each. On the other side, Cameron Clark scored 16 and was the only double-digit scorer for his team.
