Just a week after two negative records, Opava suffered them all over again. Tenerife crushed them for a 97-38 home win which is now the biggest win margin (+59) and the least points scored by a team in a single game in BCL history.
Pierre-Antoine Gillet led Tenerife with 20 points and 14 rebounds while Sebastian Saiz scored 16 points along with 14 boards. Opava didn’t have any double-digit scorers with Filip Zbranek being the closest with nine points.
Tenerife improved to an 11-2 record while Opava stayed at one win (1-12) in Group B.
