Ryan Thompson signed a one-year contract to join UNET Holon, the Israeli side announced on Sunday. The 31-year-old American swingman is set for his debut in the Basketball Champions League and in the Israeli Super League.
Thompson was with ratiopharm Ulm the past couple of seasons. He marked his 2018-19 campaign with 8.4 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.6 assists per 7DAYS EuroCup game, added 9.5 points, 2.9 rebounds and 2.2 rebounds per easyCredit BBL contest.
Aside from Germany, the Rider alumni has played professionally in Italy, Belgium, Serbia and Turkey.
