Strelnieks leads Olympiacos to the finals

Olympiacos swept Promitheas 89-56 on the road and with a perfect 3-o in the semifinals, the team sealed its spot in the Greek league finals against rivals Panathinaikos.

Janis Strelnieks had a great impact on his team’s performance and paced the Piraeus side with 22 points, scoring five out of six from the three-point line. The Latvian also added a rebound and an assist.

Kyle Wiltjer was close to a double-double, as he finished with 14 points and nine rebounds.

Earlier in the day, Panathinaikos also swept PAOK and made it to the finals.
