Without Vasilis Spanoulis and Brent Petway, Olympiacos tried its best, but the hosts, CSKA Moscow, got the 76-70 win and the Reds will have to settle for the third place of the final group standings.

CSKA had the advantage in rebounds (44-33) and made just 7 turnovers, while Olympiacos had 14. Still, the Greeks stayed close until the end thanks to their shooting efficiency, but the hosts had the lead and the control of the game, despite scoring just 12 points in the third quarter. The really good news from CSKA came from the best game so far of Andrei Kirilenko (10 p., 9 r.), while Kaun and Weems with 16 points each were the top scorers. From the losing side, Giorgos Printezis and Matt Lojeski also had 16 points.
