Olimpia Milano were crowned Italian Super Cup champions after overcoming Reyer Venezia 87–94 in a thrilling final that was decided in overtime.

Milano appeared to have control of the game from the opening minutes, closing the first quarter with an 8–22 lead. However, Reyer Venezia gradually fought their way back into the contest and turned the final minutes into a dramatic battle.

Moses Wright was once again the standout performer for Olimpia Milano, finishing with 23 points and six rebounds and playing a decisive role in his team’s victory. For Venezia, Kyle Wiltjer led the scoring with 14 points.

The final moments of regulation provided the biggest twist of the night. With the score tied at 74 in the final minute, Milano hit a three-pointer to move ahead 74–77. Venezia responded immediately, scoring to take a 79–77 lead — their first advantage of the entire game.

With the championship seemingly slipping away from Milano, the Italian giants managed to force overtime, tying the game at 79–79 at the end of regulation.

Milano then took control in the extra period. Their greater composure and offensive execution allowed them to pull away from Venezia, eventually sealing a 87–94 victory.
