Milan Macvan scored 20 points and grabbed 6 rebounds leading Olimpia Milano back on winning track and to a 88 – 80 victory over Reyer Venezia for the 21 – 5 in the Italian League.

The guests were up 40 – 41 at the end of the first half but the “Red Shoes” returned from the locker rooms with an angry attitude and were aggressive enough to close the third quarter ahead 64 – 60.

They continued in the same rhythm which Venezia couldn’t withstand, despite five players finishing in double-figures. Hrvoje Petric led them with 17 points.

Venezia remains second with a 17 – 9 record.
