Milan bounces back – Serie A Day 28 Recap

AX Armani Exchange Olimpia Milan lost eight of its last ten matches including four in the LBA Serie A, even dropped a double-digit advantage against Sidigas Avellino, but bounced back for an 85-79 home win in Regular Season Round 28 action. Five players accounted for 73 points with Curtis Jerrells dropping a game-high 17 points.

Simone Pianigiani’s team is now 21-7. Umana Reyer Venezia and Vanoli Cremona remained tied in second place after upping their W-L records to 19-9. The former lost a double-digit lead before beating Grissin Bon Reggio Emilia, 76-71, while Cremona went by Fiat Turin, 94-88, on the road, overcoming Mouhammadou Jaiteh’s 31 points.
