Virtus Bologna suffered their first defeat of the season in the Italian League as Cremona prevailed over with a 78-66 victory.
Wesley Saunders led the winners with 25 points, while on the opposing side Frank Gaines posted 19 points for Virtus.
Earlier in Round 12, Olimpia Milano struggled but managed to defeat Pesaro on the road.
Despite Virtus Bologna’s defeat, they still remain on top of the standings with a 10-1 record, followed by Olimpia Milano (8-4), Sassari (8-3), while Brindisi and Cremona share a 7-4 record.
