The money that NBA teams will have to pay Olympiacos in order to acquire Serbian prospect Aleksej Pokusevski may even reach the number of 1.5 million according to Novasports.

Pokusevski’s multiyear contract with Olympiacos includes an NBA buyout clause with a sum that may change depending on how high the player will be picked in the upcoming Draft. If Pokusevski is selected among the first 20 picks then, then his buyout will be set above 1 million and may even be increased to 1.5 million under specific circumstances: Pokusevski becoming a lottery pick.

On Friday (24/4), the 18-year-old Pokusevski officially declared for the 2020 NBA Draft. The young forward spent most of the 2019-2020 season playing with Olympiacos B in the Greek second division while he made the roster of the senior team a couple of times.
