Indiana Pacers’ Malcolm Brogdon has tested positive for COVID-19, according to IndyStar Sports.

Multiple reports of NBA players testing positive have surfaced recently including Nikola Jokic, two Phoenix Suns players as well four players on a Western Conference playoff team whose names aren’t known.

The Pacers began testing players Tuesday and are scheduled to travel to Orlando during the first week of July, where they’ll be required to quarantine for 24 hours before finally practicing 5 vs. 5 for the first time in months.

Other NBA teams have begun testing the players that will travel to Orlando, Florida for the planned resumption of the season on July 31 as well.

It should be noted that there has been a spike in the coronavirus cases in Florida that has created concern among players, club executives and the league office.
