NBA announced that 16 of 302 players tested for coronavirus were found positive

NBA and NBPA announced that out of 302 players that were tested for COVID-19 on June 23, 16 were found positive.

Any players that tested positive will have to remain in self-isolation until he satisfies public health protocols and has been cleared by a physician.

While the names of the 16 players weren’t revealed, there have been a number of reports about players testing positive recently. Sacramento Kings’ Alex Len, Jabari Parker and Buddy Hield were coronavirus positive as well as Indiana Pacers’ Malcolm Brogdon and Denver Nuggets’ Nikola Jokic – who caught it while in Belgrade.

NBA teams are expected to be arriving to Orlando and the Walt Disney World at the end of June and the first 10 days of July. The NBA is planned to resume on July 31.
