The 2021 NBA All-Star Weekend, initially scheduled for February 12-14, 2021 might have to re-adjust its dates and the league has canceled hotel contracts in Indianapolis for the upcoming event, as it was reported by WISH-TV.

“Given the uncertainty surrounding the schedule for the 2020-21 NBA season, we and the Indiana Pacers informed our hotel partners in Indianapolis that NBA All-Star 2021 is unlikely to take place on Presidents’ Day weekend so they could make other arrangements. More information about next season’s schedule, including NBA All-Star, will be announced at a later date”, stated an unnamed NBA spokesperson, confirming the cancelation of contracts.

At the moment, it is unclear whether the All-Star Weekend will be canceled altogether or postponed to a later date, while there is also uncertainty about the possible start of the 2020-2021 season, though ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski had previously reported the NBA has informed teams it ‘hopes to begin’ on December 1.
