The Portland Trail Blazers announced Tuesday that the results of the second MRI conducted on Damian Lillard confirmed a right knee sprain and the player is listed as out for Game 5.
This is a huge blow for the Trail Blazers that are down 1-3 in the playoffs series vs. Lakers and will wave goodbye to the bubble with another loss.
Lillard, who has been averaging 24.3 points, 4.3 assists and 3.5 rebounds across 4 games in the 2019-20 playoffs suffered said injury during Monday’s loss and didn’t return to the game.
