The overall value of most NBA franchises continue to increase

Despite the challenging months coming off from the 2020 list, the value of most NBA franchises continued increasing the past 12 months, as presented by Forbes.

The New York Knicks retained the top spot valued at $5 billion and also packed a league-high 9% rise compared to last February’s list. The average increase between all teams is about 4%, according to the report.

No teams suffered a decrease. However, six teams, the Oklahoma City Thunder, Atlanta Hawks, Charlotte Hornets, Detroit Pistons, New Orleans Pelicans, and Memphis Grizzlies, maintained the same value.
