Giannis, Jokic dominate, Bucks, Nuggets back to wins

Giannis Antetokounmpo had 27 points, 12 rebounds and five assists as the Milwaukee Bucks beat the Orlando Magic 114 – 102 to bounce back to wins. Thanks to this result, the Bucks are still in pursuit to finish in the second place in the Eastern Conference with three games left in the regular season.

Antetokounmpo closed the game with 12 points in the final period to help Milwaukee secure the victory as the Bucks outscore the Spurs 35 – 31 in the quarter.

The Denver Nuggets were also looking to return to a winning track and improve their positions in the standings. And so they did by beating the Charlotte Hornets 117 – 112 behind Nikola Jokic’s 30 points, 11 rebounds plus six assists.

Jokic was way too much trouble for the Hornets that send him to the line a lot. The Serbian big man finished with 16-17 free throws as the Nuggets got a win that secures them fourth place in the Western Conference.

Domantas Sabonis had a career-high 15 assists to go with his 16 points and 13 rebounds as the Indiana Pacers beat the Philadelphia 76ers 103 – 94 and “locked” a spot in the Play-In tournament.

Goga Bitadze added four points for the Pacers.
