Former NBA champion Matthew Dellavedova signed a contract with the Sacramento Kings, the team announced. According to multiple reports, it’s a partially guaranteed deal that will give the veteran guard a chance to win a spot on the team’s roster in the training camp.

If that happens, then Dellavedova, 31, will be back in the NBA after spending the previous season in his native Australia with the Melbourne United. He averaged 10.6 points, 4.9 assists and 2.9 rebounds in 25:27 minutes as his team won first place in the NBL regular season before getting eliminated in the semifinals. He was named to the league’s Second Team.

In 2016, Dellavedova was a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers squad that won the first NBA championship title in the history of the franchise. He then moved to the Milwaukee Bucks where he stayed until 2018 and his return to Cleveland.
