According to SpursTalk, the lawsuit against Joshua Primo, former San Antonio Spurs player who was cut in late October, has been resolved.

The #12 pick in the 2021 NBA Draft was accused by the team’s former sports psychologist Dr. Hillary Cauthen of exposing himself to her a total of nine times, with the first incident occurring in December 2021.

Tony Buzbee, Cauthen’s attorney, said that “the parties have agreed to resolve this matter”.

The 19-year-old was averaging 7.0 points, 4.5 assists, and 3.3 rebounds in 23.3 minutes per game in the 2022-23 NBA season coming off the bench.
