Nikola Jokić, last week’s NBA Player of the Week, continued his dominant form as the Denver Nuggets claimed their fifth straight victory.
The Colorado team defeated Sacramento Kings 122–108 on the road, improving to 8-2 in the Western Conference standings.
The Serbian center delivered another masterclass, posting 35 points, 15 rebounds, and seven assists while shooting an incredible 16-of-19 from the field. On the other side, Domantas Sabonis had 19 points and eight rebounds for the Kings.
Elsewhere, the Utah Jazz cruised past the Indiana Pacers 152–128, led by Lauri Markkanen’s 35-point performance on 13-of-19 shooting.
Ajay Mitchell added 17 points in the Oklahoma City Thunder’s 126–102 win over the Golden State Warriors, while Jakob Poeltl recorded a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds as the Toronto Raptors beat the Brooklyn Nets 119–109.
