Nikola Jokić is dominating the NBA once again, leading the MVP Ladder six weeks into the season.
The Serbian center is averaging 29.6 points, 12.8 rebounds and 11.1 assists, and in this decade he leads the league in points, rebounds, assists and steals.
Now, he has received one of the highest compliments — directly from one of the greatest players of all time, LeBron James.
Speaking with Steve Nash on the Mind the Game podcast, the LA Lakers superstar was asked whether Jokić is the most dominant offensive player he has ever faced. His answer was clear:
“I will say this, there has not been a more dominant complete player that I’ve played against, from the passing to the shooting to the rebounding to the attention… There’s nothing he cannot do on the offensive end. Like, nothing at all. Nothing,” LeBron said.
When King James says something like that, it carries real weight. Jokić is controlling the league in a way very few ever have — and he shows no signs of slowing down.
