The Turkish big man had 33 points, 10 assists, and 10 rebounds for his first triple-double of the season, which was not enough.
Canadian Jamal Murray added 35 points for Denver, including six of his team’s 11 points in overtime. Murray made 14 of his 15 free-throw attempts.
The win was the Nuggets’ fifth in a row and was their first home victory since November 8th.
Kevin Durant added 25 points, seven assists, five rebounds and five blocks for Houston, which lost its third consecutive road game.
