NBA results and standings: Silva and Anunoby putting in work

German starter Tristan da Silva fueled the Orlando Magic to a 128-122 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers at Kia Center, scoring nine of his 23 points in the fourth quarter. France’s Noah Penda and Germany’s Moritz Wagner contributed four and one points, respectively, while Georgian Goga Bitadze did not play, and German Franz Wagner (left high ankle sprain injury management) remained unavailable. For the Cavs, Germany’s Dennis Schroder went scoreless, Netherlands’ Tristan Enaruna was left out of the rotation, and France’s Olivier Sarr remained on G League assignment with the Cleveland Charge.

In Wednesday’s action from the 2025-26 NBA Regular Season at Delta Center, British starter OG Anunoby posted 22 points as the New York Knicks defeated the Utah Jazz, 134-117. France’s Mohamed Diawara and Poland’s Jeremy Sochan added ten and four points, respectively, but France’s Pacome Dadiet did not score, and Germany’s Ariel Hukporti did not play. For the hosts, Ukrainian Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk saw no action, while Finnish Lauri Markkanen (right hip impingement) and Bosnian Jusuf Nurkic (nose injury recovery) were sidelined.

At Intuit Dome, Kawhi Leonard dropped 45 points to lead the Los Angeles Clippers in a 153-128 rout of the Minnesota Timberwolves. France’s Nicolas Batum chipped in six points, but Serbian Bogdan Bogdanovic did not play, and Swiss Yanic Konan Niederhauser (right Lisfranc ligament tear) was unavailable. European Timberwolves starters ranged from France’s Rudy Gobert at nine points to Italy’s Donte DiVincenzo at six points, while France’s Joan Beringer was on assignment with the Iowa Wolves.

The Charlotte Hornets prevailed 117-109 over the Sacramento Kings at Golden 1 Center, supported by French starter Moussa Diabate, who grabbed ten rebounds to go with two points. Britain’s Tosan Evbuomwan remained on the bench, and France’s Tidjane Salaun (left calf strain) was sidelined. Two French starters for the Kings, with Killian Hayes and Maxime Raynaud reaching 11 and four points, respectively, while Lithuania’s Domantas Sabonis (left knee meniscus repair) remained out.

Finally, at Smoothie King Center, Croatia’s Karlo Matkovic got four points as the New Orleans Pelicans beat the Toronto Raptors, 122-111. For the team coached by Serbian Darko Rajakovic, Austrian starter Jakob Poeltl and Georgian reserve Sandro Mamukelashvili each tallied eight points.
