The dominance of Europeans in the NBA continues with the West belonging to them during March.
Los Angeles Lakers guard Luka Doncic from Slovenia and Atlanta Hawks forward Jalen Johnson have been named the Kia NBA Western and Eastern Conference Players of the Month, respectively, for games played in March.
San Antonio Spurs forward-center Victor Wembanyama from France and Detroit Pistons guard-forward Ausar Thompson have been named the Kia NBA Western and Eastern Conference Defensive Players of the Month, respectively, for the same month.
Last but not least, Sacramento Kings center Maxime Raynaud, who is also from France, and Philadelphia 76ers guard VJ Edgecombe have been named the Kia NBA Western and Eastern Conference Rookies of the Month, respectively, for March.
It has to be noted that Wembanyama was also leading the latest MVP ladder of NBA.com, while Doncic is also a contender, even if he believes that the better he plays, the lower in the ladder he ends.
