European excellence headlined the announcement of the annual Kia All-NBA Teams on Sunday, as international superstars Nikola Jokic, Victor Wembanyama, and Luka Doncic captured three of the coveted positions on the First Team.
Serbia’s Jokic, the dominant Denver Nuggets center, secured his sixth career First Team selection to further solidify his historic legacy.
France’s Wembanyama, the San Antonio Spurs phenom, made his First Team debut after a historic campaign as the first unanimous Defensive Player of the Year.
Completing the dominant European trio was Slovenia’s Doncic, the offensive maestro of the Los Angeles Lakers guard, who earned his sixth career All-NBA nod after leading the league in scoring during the 2025-26 Regular Season.
The First Team was rounded out by back-to-back league Most Valuable Player, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander of the Oklahoma City Thunder, and Detroit Pistons guard Cade Cunningham, who both joined the European stars in the top tier.
Beyond the opening lineup, the Second Team featured a star-studded collection of talent in Boston’s Jaylen Brown, New York’s Jalen Brunson, Houston’s Kevin Durant, Cleveland’s Donovan Mitchell, and Kawhi Leonard of the Clippers.
Meanwhile, the All-NBA Third Team showcased the league’s rising depth with an entirely new generation of stars, consisting of Atlanta’s Jalen Johnson, Detroit’s Jalen Duren, Philadelphia’s Tyrese Maxey, Oklahoma City’s Chet Holmgren, and Denver’s Jamal Murray.
The global impact of the NBA was further emphasized in the voting breakdown beyond the final fifteen selections.
Israel’s Deni Avdija narrowly missed out on an official All-Teams designation, finishing as the top overall vote-getter outside of the three primary rosters. Additionally, Houston Rockets big Alperen Sengun of Turkiye also received votes from the media panel.
