Anamaria Goltes, Luka Doncic’s former fiancée, has withdrawn her child support petition, according to court documents obtained by TMZ Sports.
Goltes asked a Los Angeles judge to dismiss the petition without prejudice, explaining that she intends to resolve the matter amicably and by mutual agreement, with the best interests of their children in mind.
Doncic had previously sought the dismissal, arguing that the California filing had no legal basis because their two daughters reside in Slovenia.
The former couple ended their engagement earlier this year after a decade together.
Doncic has consistently emphasized that his daughters remain his priority. In June, he cited spending time with them as the main reason for sitting out Slovenia’s summer national team commitments.
