Golden State Warriors guard Brandin Podziemski has agreed to a five-year, $110 million fully guaranteed rookie-scale contract extension, it was reported by Shams Charania.

The Warriors and Podziemski reached a long-term deal that secured him as a foundational piece and provided flexibility for the team’s salary space next summer.

The 23-year-old combo guard has improved scoring in each season, averaging a career high 13.8 points last year as one of 18 players to play in all of the 82 games.

Podziemski was a student at Illinois and Santa Clara, and he entered the league in 2023, so Golden State remains the only team he has played for.
