Giannis never played in the senior level against the top Greek EuroLeague teams but he is expected to have this chance in the near future.
As Eurohoops confirmed during its journey in the States, the Bucks may hold part of the 2018 training camp in Greece and play exhibition games against Greek clubs. Of course, Olympiacos and Panathinaikos are the most probable opponents.
Specially Olympiacos has already proposed to the Bucks to travel to Greece and play an exhibition game against the Reds in the 2017 training camp, but the logistics of such a game can’t be arranged in such a short notice. That means that Greek fans will have to wait at least until 2018.
