Zach Auguste is weighing offers from various NBA teams, according to Eurohoops sources.

The performances of the Greek-American forward/center with the jersey of the Miami Heat in the Summer League tournaments of Las Vegas (10 points, 5.2 rebounds per game) Orlando (7.3 points, 6.3 rebounds per game) were solid enough to bring some bids from the best league in the planet and the player is currently examining them.

He must give his answer soon. Auguste, 24, has until July 20 to exercise the NBA opt-out clause in the contract he signed with Panathinaikos on late June so the next two days are going be decisive regarding where he’s going to be playing next season.

Meanwhile, Panathinaikos is preparing for the possibility of Auguste choosing to opt out and there’s already a “Plan B” that includes the potential signing of a foreign center.

Auguste finished the first season of his professional career in Turkey with Usak Sportif. He averaged 13.4 points and 8.8 rebounds in the Basketball Champions League.
