By George Efkarpides /info@eurohoops.net

It was a long anticipated return for Milos Teodosic and he made some clutch plays as the Clippers downed the Raptors 96-91.

Even though he was on a 20-minute restriction, Milos came up with some clutch buckets in the fourth and managed a career highs in points (12) and rebounds (7) but if he can stay healthy those numbers should be surpassed soon.

Jonas Valanciunas had a monster double-double for the losing side, finishing with 23 points and 15 rebounds while Serge Ibaka also had the hot hand for most of the game with 17 points, 6 boards, an assist and 3 blocks.

Clint Capela scored a career-high 28 points in a 130-127 come back win against the Pelicans.

The Swiss big-man was nearly pereftct from the floor (14-15) and added 8 boards and 5 blocks in an impressive peroframnce against one of the best big-men in the league, DeMarcus Cousins.

Finally, Nikola Mirotic scored a season high 24 points in a 108-85 win over the Boston Celtics. Niko, took advantage of Lauri Markkanen’s absence due to back spasms, started out the game hot and the Celtics had no answer for him.

Paul Zipser added 8 points, 2 boards an assist and a steal in a win.

For the losing side, Daniel Theis only played 11 minutes and had 4 points.
