American website Hoopshype selected and ranked the best 25 Europeans to ever play the game.
The bulk (24 players) of the list is compiled with NBAers and the only European that is included despite having never played in the league is Dejan Bodiroga. Actually, Serbia is the country with the most representatives in the Top 25 with four selections. Croatia, France, Lithuania and Spain follow with three players apiece.
In total, there are eight players from countries that were once part of Yugoslavia. Makes you wonder…
