Domantas Sabonis (sprained left ankle) and Tyreke Evans (food poisoning) weren’t available on Thursday, but Bojan Bogdanovic was and led the Indiana Pacers to their home victory against the Minnesota Timberwolves. The hosts snapped a two-game losing streak despite being in action for the fifth time in seven days following a three-game road trip.

The Croatian forward made 13/22 from the field including 4/7 beyond the arc. He was clutch down the stretch with 11 points in his team’s 15-8 closing run. He drove for the go-ahead layup with the contest knotted at 107 and extended the lead with a key three-pointer.

“It shows how resilient we are, how strong we are mentally. We were short-handed without Domantas, then our bigs early on get into foul trouble. Again, great effort, great team defense” he said after the NBA 2018-19 Regular Season game.
