Luka Doncic came two assists shy of his 13th career triple-double by posting 24 points, 14 rebounds and eight dimes as the Dallas Mavericks beat the Memphis Grizzlies 138 – 122 to capture their third win in four games and sixth overall this season.

Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle decided to keep Doncic on the bench during the fourth quarter since the Mavericks were in control of the match entering the period and remained as such.

Former Crvena Zvezda and Fenerbahce guard Marko Guduric scored an NBA career-high 14 points off the bench for the Grizzlies. The Serbian player shot 5/9 2-pointers and 1/2 triples in the 28 minutes he spent on the court. His teammate Jonas Valanciunas finished with 10 points (3/10 shots).

Maxi Kleber had 11 points and Boban Marjanovic contributed nine points plus five rebounds in 19 minutes to the Mavericks. Kristaps Porzingis sat out the game for precautionary reasons.

In Oklahoma, Danilo Gallinari scored a team-high 21 points on 4/6 3-pointers while grabbing six rebounds to lead the Thunder to a 114 – 108 win over the Golden State Warriors.

Dennis Schroeder added 16 points, six rebounds and six assists for the winning side.

The Houston Rockets overpowered the Chicago Bulls 117 – 94 behind 42 points by James Harden, with Clint Capela posting a strong double-double of 16 points and a season-high 20 rebounds, along with four blocks.

Lauri Markkanen struggled to connect to the basket, shooting 3/10 (0/5 from beyond the arc) en route to finishing with 13 points. Tomas Satoransky added 10 points for the Bulls.

Daniel Theis was once again a starter for the Boston Celtics that defeated the San Antonio Spurs 135 – 115 on the road. The German center notched eight points and six rebounds for the Celtics that saw star forward Gordon Hayward suffering a fracture on his left arm.

Spurs’ Marco Belinelli scored 9 points and Jakob Poetl had 3 points. Boston big man Vincent Poirier checked into the game for two minutes without making any points.

The New Orleans Pelicans defeated the Charlotte Hornets 115 – 110. Nicolo Melli went scoreless in five minutes of play.
