Maciej Lampe will continue his 2020-21 campaign at Limoges CSP as injury relief with Jerry Boutsiele sidelined for several weeks, the French club announced Monday.

Lampe, 36, recently returned to Europe joining Poland’s King Wilki Morskie Szczecin after spending several seasons in Asia. He previously competed in 64 NBA games, 86 EuroLeague games, and 54 EuroCup games.

The Polish big was selected with the 30th overall pick of the 2003 NBA draft. He went on to play with the Phoenix Suns, New Orleans Pelicans, and Houston Rockets. His EuroLeague campaigns include Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Maccabi Tel Aviv, and Laboral Kutxa, currently named Baskonia. The 2011 championship with UNICS Kazan highlights his EuroCup runs.

This season, he averaged 13.0 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per PLK match.

His new side is eighth in the Jeep Elite Pro A standings carrying an 8-8 record and is scheduled to meet LDLC ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne in the French Cup semifinals.
