Lessort paces Monaco to victory over Boulazac

In the wake of the French Jeep Elite players’ boycott of the postseason, AS Monaco completed its rescheduled Round 29 obligations with a 76-69 victory over Boulazac at home.

Monaco picked up its second straight win after a series of losses to move to a 24-7 record in the French League standings. Matthias Lessort paced the efforts of the winning side with 15 points and 7 rebounds, Ibrahima Fall Faye tapped 13 points, Rob Gray had 11 points and J.J. O’Brien added 10.

Benjamin Sene led all scorers with 23 points for Boulazac, Mouphtaou Yarou tapped 12 points and 7 rebounds and Jeremy Nzeulie had 10 points.
