NBA draft prospect Alperen Sengun pours career-high 31 points

Alperen Sengun logged a career-high 31 points leading Besiktas Icrypex to the win on the road, 104-89, against Buyukcekmece on Wednesday.

His performance in the BSL Regular Season Round 28 contest, highlighted by 11/12 two-pointers, also included ten rebounds, three assists, two steals, and two blocks.

Sengun, 18, is nearly averaging 20 points and 10 rebounds per appearance with Besiktas in the current season of the Turkish league.

Powered by the NBA draft prospect, his side, seventh in the BSL, improved to 17-11, with a fourth win in a row. The hosts fell to 10-19.

In earlier Round 28 action, Darussafaka Tekfen routed Aliaga Petkim Spor, 99-78. Ryan Luther banked 25 points and Josh Magette finished with 17 points, seven assists, and five rebounds. The winning side is 16-13, while the guests dropped to 9-20.
