Nicolo Melli shines as Fenerbahçe reclaims home-court advantage against Beşiktaş

The Türkiye Sigorta Basketball Super League Finals continued on Wednesday night as Beşiktaş GAİN hosted Fenerbahçe Beko in Game 3 of the championship series.

Fenerbahçe seized control in the closing stages of the contest, with Nicolo Melli leading the way in an impressive all-around performance, to secure an 82-71 victory on the road.

The win gives Fenerbahçe a 2-1 lead in the best-of-five series while reclaiming home-court advantage. Game 4 is scheduled for Friday, June 19, with Beşiktaş once again hosting the matchup. The first team to reach three victories will be crowned Turkish Basketball Super League champions.

Melli delivered a dominant double-double, finishing with 17 points, 13 rebounds, and 2 assists. He received strong support from Devon Hall, who recorded 15 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists, while Talen Horton-Tucker contributed 13 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 assists. Khem Birch added 11 points and 4 rebounds.

Beşiktaş was led by Devon Dotson, who scored 22 points and grabbed 3 rebounds, while Anthony Brown matched him with 22 points, adding 3 rebounds and 3 assists. Conor Morgan chipped in 8 points, 3 rebounds, and 2 assists, and Berk Uğurlu finished with 5 points, 3 rebounds, and 2 assists.

With momentum back on its side, Fenerbahçe heads into Game 4 looking to move one step closer to another league title, while Beşiktaş will aim to level the series on its home floor.
