Fenerbahce Beko opened up a double-digit lead from the first half and went on for the 89-56 victory against Tofas Bursa. Sunday’s early Super Ligi matchup was one-sided to say the least. Željko Obradović only used eight players up to the final minutes, but six of them went over ten points with Melih Mahmutoglu pouring a team-high 14.
With the easy win, Fenerbahce got back on track after the recent loss to CSKA Moscow in Russia and matched Anadolu Efes’ 17-3 W-L record. The BSL Round 23 action will continue shortly with the latter team facing Gaziantep. Orhun Ene’s side dropped to 14-7.
