Pinar Karsiyaka reportedly agrees with Ufuk Sarica

Pinar Karsiyaka considered its options for the head coaching position ahead of the 2019-20 season and according to Bein Sports agreed with Ufuk Sarica. The report notes that the two sides inked a two-year deal.

The head coach of the Turkish National Team previously was Karsiyaka’s boss between 2012 and 2016. The past couple of seasons he completed his second tenure with Besiktas Sompo Japan.

His first time around, the 46-year Turk coach led KSK to the Super Ligi Championship in 2015 after winning the Turkish Cup one year earlier. In 2013, his side made it to the FIBA EuroChallenge Final.
