Marko Tejic loaned to Mega Leks

Mega Leks will add another talent of Serbian basketball in its ranks after acquiring power forward Marko Tejic on loan from Crvena Zvezda. The 20 year old player has signed a two-year agreement with his new team per his agent, Misko Raznatovic.

A quite agile forward for his height (6 ft. 11 in.) Tejic averaged 4 points, 1.7 rebounds and 1 assist in 11 minutes per game during last season’s ABA League with Red Star.

One major reason behind his loan is obviously for him to spend more time on the floor. Playing for Mega Leks will obviously increase Tejic’s playing time and thus multiply the opportunities for his talents to fully unfold.

Don’t forget that we are also talking about a club that has served as an incubator for many NBA draftees over the years, with many of them signing contracts in the best league of the planet.

This fact alone provides an extra motivation for Tejic in order to shine and show the full spectrum of his game in a continental level as well, since Mega Leks will also compete in the FIBA Champions League.
